How to Request
Follow these steps to submit your request
In your email, include
Your registered phone number or email address linked to your account.
What happens next
Our support team will verify your identity and securely process your deletion request within 7–14 business days.
What Gets Deleted
All of the following data will be permanently removed
Profile information
Name, photo, preferences
Uploaded properties
Listings and property data
Images and media
All uploaded files
Saved account data
History, settings, favourites
Data Retention Notice
Certain records may be retained temporarily for legal, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes, as required by applicable law. These records will be securely deleted once retention periods expire.
