Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your UBS Super Taxi Driver account and associated personal data.
You can also delete your account in the app
Open the UBS Super Taxi Driver app and go to Profile → Delete Account. This page provides the same option for drivers who prefer to request deletion from the web, or who no longer have the app installed.
How to Request
Follow these steps to submit your request
Send an email to
support@ubssuper.comSend from your registered email address, using the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
In your email, include
Your registered driver phone number or email address linked to your UBS Super Taxi account.
What happens next
Our support team will verify your identity against your registered account details, then process your deletion request within a reasonable period.
What Gets Deleted
Data eligible for deletion once your request is verified
Account & profile information
Name, phone number, email, profile photo, and account preferences
Driver & vehicle documents
Licence, RC book, insurance, and vehicle/number-plate images
Location & session data
Stored location and Online/Offline session data tied to your account
Ride history
Your ride records associated with your driver account
What May Be Retained
Retained only where legally or operationally required
Wallet, earnings & payout records
Retained where required for accounting, tax, or regulatory purposes, even after account deletion.
Data Retention Notice
Account deletion removes the data listed under “What Gets Deleted” once your request is verified. Certain records, such as financial and payout records, may be retained temporarily for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes, as required by applicable law. Retained records remain restricted and protected, and are deleted once the applicable retention requirement expires.
